Daily Duties at Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor, Navsup:

ASQ/DON Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt responsible for identifying and improving productivity efficiencies and processes using the TOC, Lean, and DMAIC Six Sigma methodology. Actively participates in the initiation, oversight, and organization of CPI Executive Planning Sessions, Value Stream Analysis’, Rapid Improvement Events and Lean Six Sigma Projects. As senior project team lead, mentors and coaches green belts and team members, interprets CPI policy guidance and reports directly to the Executive Director, and CPI Deployment Director.
