Key holder responsible for opening/closing valet booth. Maintained clean & safe work environment for clients and staff. Greeted all customers and offered immediate assistance. Created & implemented new valet system for faster delivery of vehicles. Recommended and/or trained over 30 members of our staff. Managed teams of 2-15 associates at various locations and/or during special events. Executed safe drop-off and pick-up of all vehicles with precision and accuracy.
