Daily Duties at Aeropostale, Inc.:
Key holder responsible for opening/closing store. Maintained clean/safe sales floor and stockroom. Greeted every customer and offered assistance. Maintained knowledge of current promotions, policies regarding returns/exchanges, and security practices. Implemented loss prevention techniques. Consistently exceeded sales goals every day/month. Recommended and/or trained over 15 members of our staff. Managed teams of 2-20 associates at various times. Planned/Executed corporate designed floor sets quickly and effectively. Organized store merchandise by size, style, and color to promote visually appealing environment. Accurately balanced cash drawer after every shift. Held monthly meetings with District Manager to discuss visual marketing, window displays, and floor sets.
