Sold/Installed broad range of customized products to individuals and businesses. Promptly responded to communication from clients, associates, and vendors via mail, e-mail, telephone, and/or fax. Recommended/Trained over ten staff members. Managed teams of 2-5 associates for various projects. Trained, coached, and mentored staff to ensure smooth introduction/adoption of new product lines. Worked directly with home office to develop a computer program to assist customer service in scheduling appointments more efficiently to help save money in transportation and provide customers with a better overall experience. Surpassed personal revenue goals every month. Designed a strategy for the accurate design & installation of window treatments.
