Daily Duties at Michelin North America:
Managed territory of $19M, with a strategic customer of $9M. Tasked with direct sales, sales support, distributor support, and product training for eastern half of North Carolina. Directed and improved long and short term tactical plans, training initiatives, advertising spending, motorsport activation, programmatic funds and demand forecast planning with the customer. Created and executed customer business plans while ensuring that territory activities were compatible with corporate strategies around unit volume, profitability and distribution objectives. Conducted onsite seminars for distributor representatives and potential customers to describe product lines and dealer programs. Organized and executed new dealer sales blitzes to increase footprint expansion.
