• Managed 90 – 110 employees across three departments. • Forecast Scheduling based on sales figures for aircraft. • Continuous Improvements in quality of King Air aircraft. • Balanced Union and Non Union employee issues on shop floor. • Involved in Process Improvement Meetings for King Air line. • Specialized and used Six Sigma/ Lean Manufacturing on shop floor in each department. • Maintained flow of 3.5 – 4 King Airs per week off shop floor. • Helped train new hires. • Established 3 main manufacturing principles (Accountability, Productivity, and Quality).
