Daily Duties at Shaklee Corporation:
Supported business development by providing on-site technical support, addressing issues related to process variation and test methodology. Established manufacturing, packaging, and distribution operations to maintain product safety and quality. Oversaw Product Stability Program, including protocol generation, sample management, data analysis, and reporting. Resolved product non-conformances, conducted out-of-specification investigations, and executed corrective action plans as needed to ensure quality of raw and finished materials. Served as liaison between Research & Development and contract manufacturers.
