Daily Duties at Accounting Diversified Management:

•Frequent recommend/implement Accounting Systems for new businesses. •Perform daily accounting transaction entry. •Complete Internal and support External Audits. •Generate GL/Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Adjusting Journal Entries, Depreciation/Amortization and Accrual/Deferral calculations. •Provide full Payroll services: check issuance; payroll tax deposits; 941, Worker’s Comp and FUTA filing; issuance of YE 1099s and W-2s. •Prepare CRS-1s and Property Assessment/Valuation Reports. •Provide full AR, Billing and AP services. •Train clients' in fundamental Financial and Modified Accrual Accounting. •Prepare and interpret Financial and Cash Flow Statements. •Full-time, I maintained twelve to fifteen full service clients and clientele included Medical, Legal, Real Estate, Construction, Retail and Oil/Gas businesses. Currently Part-time.
