•Select, place and supervise Accounting Support Team. •Produce Daily Cash Receipt Reports; Cash-On-Hand, Cash Flow and Liability Aging Analysis/Projections. •Draft and monitor Company-wide Internal and Inventory Controls procedures; perform monthly Reconciliations. •Multi-period, multi-subsidiary Forecasting; Consolidated Annual Budget creation & variance analysis. •Costing and Fiduciary management of $22M Hotel/Casino Construction Project. •Generate and submit mandatory Government Certified Payrolls. •Approve and track multiple inter-departmental loans. •Authorize Funds/Investment transfers; check signing duty for 15 Corporate Accounts. •Oversee deadline driven multi-subsidiary Month End period closings, process Adjusting Journal Entries. •Consolidate 20 Income Statements into one, prepare Balance Sheet and Statement of Financial/Variance Analysis; present Financial data at Monthly Tribal Council Review.
