Daily Duties at Scada Source, Llc:

•Select and supervise Accounting Team; acting back up for all PR, AP and AR functions. •Implement Company-wide protocols for Internal and Inventory Control procedures and monitor adherence. •Generate Cash-On-Hand Analysis, Financial Analysis, Liability Aging and Cash-Flow Projections. •Create and maintain Accruals, Deferrals, Depreciation and Amortization Schedules. Journalize. •Multi-period Forecasting; manage/monitor large Projects and track EACs; direct staff during CEO's abscence. •Meet deadline for Month End closings; preparation of necessary Journal Entries. •Perform all Financial Reconciliations; compile, analyze and produce concise Financial Statements presenting same to Board of Directors and CEO.
