Daily Duties at The Torrington Company:

Successful inside sales role and office coordination for Sales Engineers in Industrial Bearing business. Various core responsibilities focusing on account maintenance and sales orders of large business customers and key distributors accounts and timely expedition of product production and delivery. Assisted in aggressively establishing new business sources and establishing rapport and commitment with key accounts by assisting Sales Engineers in development and delivery of bearing solutions for customer merchandise and projects. Entered account orders in to company lead time database and assured timely delivery of product to major account industry production lines. Responsible for the accurate communication of lead time to accounts by being a liaison between production facilities in various parts of the country to our customer accounts in the region. Supported sales engineers in account customer service, proposals, and maintenance and attended sales calls to promote and foster strong business relationships and commitment
