Daily Duties at Jacoby Landscape:
My responsibilities included finding new commercial landscape properties for economic viability. New projects were also targeted for their strategic fit within existing crew routes. I was involved in training landscape crews in English and Spanish on new equipment usage, safety procedures, and task management. I also managed high visibility projects, for example high profile Homeowners Associations' landscape to assuage board members' concerns regarding proper landscape management. Within HOA duties, I attended board meetings at night. I wrote and documented fire prevention techniques that would reduce fire risk in common areas.
