Supervised team of 3 support analysts providing technical support and problem resolution to Sales Support Department of 85 personnel. Managing a staff of IT professionals to ensure optimal systems performance and uninterrupted customer service delivery. Ensure that reasonably high productivity levels are met and maintained through effective monitoring of staff and staffing levels.
