Daily Duties at Pjm Interconnection, Llc:
Provided technical review and security oversight of Windows based projects and the architecture of windows infrastructure systems. Act as a senior resource to assist with resolving critical/high impact issues. Developed system security and lockdown procedures to harden Windows 2000 and 2003 systems. Author internal documentation, such as environment diagrams, installation/configuration documents, and procedures and trains technical staff to follow proper operating procedures. Strong oral and written communications skills (technical and non-technical), both verbal and written to effectively manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, business users and management; Monitor and test applications, network performance and provide statistics and reports. Practice network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory and related documentation and technical specifications information.
