Serves as Detector Development Research Scientist. Responsibilities include research and development of new detection techniques, program reviews, publications, schedules, budgets and proposal writing. Experimental and theoretical experience with semiconductor, noble gas, and scintillation detectors and associated hardware and software. Model radiation interactions with complex detector geometry, MCNP, scintillation light readout for precision image sensing. Develop cutting edge detection technology.
