I was a co-founder of the company which involved implementation of the accounting, payroll and billing systems. I also implemented the Great Plains Software system. I was involved in sales clubs and local are chambers of commerce where I identified prospects, developed/implement prospective client proposals, made sales presentations to owners companies and closed sales. I implement and managed the complex Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Multi-State Payroll and Multi-State Payroll Taxes, Employee Benefits which were core to the companies client services. I made monthly General Ledger Entries, prepared the monthly Financial Statements for tax and business planning with for business owner. This included developing and implementing business strategies recommendations to management.
