Daily Duties at Classic Homes:

Management oversight for all phases of production, custom and high density product for multiple construction projects with responsibility of prioritizing work, coordinating workers, materials, equipment and administering on time schedules to ensure completion and within budget. Additionally, negotiated various projects, reviewing and analyzing compliance with contract scope. Bid and negotiated sub-contracts, managed weekly project meetings, maintained project control documents, client interface and maintained quality control.
