Daily Duties at Classic Homes:
Accountable for all vertical construction management and land acquisition/development operations for high-end multiple communities including entitlements,approvals, estimating, purchasing, warranty, model merchandising, contracting operations such as contracts and change orders. Oversaw creative aspects of land planning and project architectural development. Created and managed multi-family as well as detached product. Responsible for all commercial construction, expansions, rennovations and tennant improvements. Created marketing strategies and budgets and recruited, trained, and supervised sales personnel and project superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers.Present feasibility and due diligence studies, market and competitive analysis, site, cost, entitlement and risk analysis. Managed and monitored legal and environmental issues. Designed brochures and other marketing materials including logos. Ultimately responsible for all aspects of project performance across all disciplines.
