Daily Duties at Hexcel Corporation (Manpower Staffing):

 Supervise 70 team members in the production of honeycomb core products for use in Aerospace and Defense industries.  Monitor team member schedules, payroll and overtime and adjust according to production demands.  Maintain a high level of Quality Assurance in all products during production, preparation for shipment and loading of product for shipment to customer.  Maintain a safe working environment through coaching and training.  Ensure production schedules are followed to keep customer deliveries are on time.  Continuous improvement process through problem solving, cross training and team member development.  Identify issues that interfere with the improvement process and facilitate their correction.  Maintain a high level of company standards, policies and procedures and ensure their enforcement by team members.  Facilitated a higher level of emergency response preparedness coordinated through the Safety Manager.  Work with other Production Facilitators to coordinate product scheduling, product issues and reconciliation.
