Daily Duties at Genova Products:

 Supervise a team of 35 production workers per shift in the production of plastic extrusion while developing a team atmosphere.  Administer daily logs of employee attendance, payroll, scheduling, and assignments.  Championed a continuous improvement process for streamlining extrusion production and packaging.  Administer procedures for specific processes, material coordination and product specification.  Enforce company standards on procedures that relate to customer quality, machine setup, tooling, raw material, stock rotation and Quality Standards.  Promote and maintain a safe working environment through coaching, training and team building.  Provide a high level of customer service within the organization.  Administered lean manufacturing principles to establish a more stream lined production environment.  Ability to make decisions that impact production, minimize downtime and increase productivity.  Monitor packaging of products per customer and company standards for shipment.
