Performed various audit procedures for firm real estate clientele including but not limited to: • Searching for unrecorded liabilities • Testing Cash • Testing Tenant Subsidies (i.e., RAP, Section 8) • Income Testing (Gross potential rent, commercial lease testing) • Expense Analysis and accruals. • Prepared GAAP audited and compiled financial statements. • Prepared journal entry adjustments and accruals to clients’ general ledger balances. • Prepared extensive write-ups of government operating escrow funds, mortgage escrows and investments.
