Responsible for all aspects of preparing the organization for change. Created and executed viable change strategies, created and implemented training plans, delivered training materials and managed change/training logistics. Delivered training to end users: classroom and one on one. Worked with stakeholders and end users to design process improvements and standard operating procedures. Daily responsibilities included: communications, facilitation, organizational readiness assessment, stakeholder engagement, knowledge transfer, risk identification, risk mitigation, development and execution of corrective action plans, effectiveness/success measurement and ultimately business transformation.
