Responsible for all utility budgeting (Estimated $ 3 mil/yr) and projects associated with utilities All major electrical projects within the facility and all projects of the secondary side of the distribution transformers. Preventive Maintenance Programs, Annual primary and secondary switch gear testing Thermal inspections and follow up actions Utility contracts, Distribution transformer sizing, monitoring and change outs. All PLC upgrades, machine software and conversions According to process control, design and draw electrical schematics Research and select controllers, HMI’s, drives, motors for process Write software for single or multiple HMI screens, PLC controllers, servo, and frequency drives Design and employ communication net works(DH+, Ethernets, RS 232, 485, Device Net) between, PLC controllers for multiple process mapping,
