Daily Duties at Aetna:
Monitor mainframe batch processing, problem analysis and resolution. Implemented cost saving enhancements, performed DASD maintenance, identify and resolve scheduling flaws, generated daily batch reports for management. Communicate any problems and resolutions to daytime personnel and developed a quick reference CA-7 manual for training purposes. Ensure integrity of scheduled workload, maintain balancing reports, and follow up on problems encountered during batch processing. Maintained WSF2 spool and program version control. Supplied technical support to country wide field offices and monitored Network Data Mover (NDM) transmissions.
