Daily Duties at Raytheon Technical Services Company:
Spread the 3D gaming technology training across the Directorate. Be responsible for creating means and methods to train 1400 employees in many remote sites. Be responsible for developing common tools and processes across the Directorate. Be responsible for the content and quality of every product within the Directorate. Be responsible for setting department, team and individual goals and conducting mid and end of year employee reviews. Be responsible for planning new products, developing demonstrations, and selling to customers. Create weekly and monthly reports for finance and upper management.
