Managed facility visitor control program, to include badging, incoming visitor control, outgoing visitor requests, and vehicle passes to bases. Interpreted security regulations and established procedures to ensure compliance with NISPOM. Advised all personnel on daily security issues and procedures. Performed annual Self-Inspections and continuous audits on Security Program practices and procedures. Investigate security infractions, prepare reports to both internal and external customers/management. COMSEC and NATO briefed. Interpreted, formulated, and implemented regulatory guidance for classification management and safeguarding requirements. Implemented and administered the Personnel Security Program. Presented security briefings to new employees, presents annual and refresher security training to all division personnel. Conducts reviews to ensure that personnel are receiving appropriate security education and motivation. Maintained and managed the contract files for company. Audited company monthly reports for completion and accuracy before submitting to government Contracting Officers, and government Contracting Officer Reps. Audits company invoices for completion and accuracy before submitting to government Contracting Officers, and government Contracting Officer Reps for payment.
