Daily Duties at Applied Research Associates:

Top Secret security clearance Primary focus on Recruiting, to include position advertising, pre-screens, interviews, reference checks, offer letters, and orientation. Handled all aspects of in-processing and out-processing of employees. Initiated recruitment using Monster.com, local and national newspapers, TAP points of contact at Hurlburt Field and Eglin AFB, and local area networking contacts both personal and professional. Interpreted and enforced a variety of the field's concepts, company practices and procedures. Advised personnel of the company policies on a routine basis. Maintained benefit, performance review and personnel folders. Maintained resume database. Organized and maintained the performance review processing system. Acted as Liaison between employment applicants and managers, arranging interviews, and assisted employees with all aspects of the benefits package. Worked with minimal supervision, worked closely with management of all levels, while efficiently organizing, prioritizing, and maintaining of a heavy workload. As company event coordinator, organized all company events to include monthly staff meetings and annual End of Year celebration.
