Daily Duties at Band It Idex, Inc:
• Managing Design and Manufacturing Team. Implementation of Danaher Executive Business System, which includes: Personnel Individual Priority Sheets, Visual Management Boards, Effective Design Review Meetings, Problem Solving Techniques, etc. • Six Sigma Champion; responsible for the implementation of Six Sigma and Demand Flow Strategies. • Design of specialty pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical hand tools. • Managing all manufacturing areas in four plants globally. • Developed and Supervised North America Automotive Engineered Application Account Team consisting of 13 Engineers in North and South America • Directed North America Manufacturing and Engineering Teams • Implemented Product design, improvement and launched at least one new product every month • Expedited Manufacturing improvements through Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, 5-S, Kaizen, and DFSS Techniques • Completed Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
