- Assisted in Counter Sales at the Pinemont Grainger branch ensuring great customer service by completing orders in a professional, thorough and timely manner. - Backed-up key personnel in their absence by completing inventory, canceled ticket and back-order reports. - Competent in performing almost all levels of daily showroom tasks: - Daily Cash Reporting, Back-order log Reports, Deleted Delivery Report, Billing Error LOG, and Inventory adjustment report were several of my daily responsibilities.
