Daily Duties at Grainger Industrial Supply:
¨ Worked closely with management to achieve sales goals and optimal productivity while coaching employees towards exceptional customer service. ¨ Managed all three departments of our branch including showroom, warehouse and office. Developed employees in each sector by teaching proper procedure, reporting techniques, and basic fundamentals of customer service and SAP operational skills ¨ Implemented “LEAN” process in warehouse by building specialized picking carts and simplifying counter sections with appropriate materials needed. ¨ Responsible for maintenance and continuous improvement of a 48,000 square foot facility, including scheduled maintenance and unexpected repairs. - Responsible for ensuring accurate hourly projections in alignment with the branch cost/sale ratio, scheduling those hours, and approving payroll.
