Daily Duties at Lennox Industries:
-Improved store sales to 121% YTD, 95% lines per order, 100% new business goal, and met 95% phone stat goal for the year. -Worked closely with Territory Manager to create a list of targeted accounts for new business to increase frequency of visits and overall sales. -Marketed all promotions effectively driving additional sales. -Maintained high level of inventory accuracy and achieved a low $700 write-off during our Super Cycle Count. -Acquired proper personnel to staff for high sales level time periods and maintained high level of order accuracy. -Made visits to customers in the area during promotional periods and to competitors' customers to provide pricing info and make Lennox's presence felt in our market. Researching required equipment needed for daily sales to key and priority accounts in our territory. Overseeing inbound freight shipments including tracking logistics and documenting inventory accuracy. Maintaining employee focus on customer service, speed, and corporate policy adherence. Positioning our branch to gain market share in Houston by visiting targeted accounts for new business generation. Calling on current account holders for training and heading off possible account conflict. Maintaining SOX compliance standards for our branch pertaining to rules that publicly traded companies are held to. Documenting and recording all expenses related to the business and external expenses on customer appreciation.
