• Lead multi-disciplinary teams for SBIR/STTR/RFP programs worth up to $64 million • Lead team of program managers for ROI, Earned Value cost analysis and customer relations • Lead teams for process improvement, policies and procedures (CMMi) • HW/SW Systems Analysis and Design for internal SharePoint 2007 solution • Lead team to setup, administrator and support MS SharePoint 2007 server • Train 100 employees in SharePoint Server, FAR requirements etc… • Prepared financial and marketing reports for recommendations to executive management • Business Development activities for the executive steering committee • Performed forecast analysis and cost benefit analysis for submittal to the board of directors • Assisted the Dean of McCook Community College; an academic partner of the Company, in creating a help desk technician job description and curriculum courseware • Technical writing such as: software requirement documents(SDD), user help files, user manuals (SOP), and various project management documents
