In my position as an Executive Recruiter at Kaiser Time, Inc., I am responsible for full lifecycle Recruiting which includes sourcing of candidates (passive, active, via social networking) to screening of candidates (interviewing, qualifying, Background checking) to negotiating offers (compensation, countering objections) and making the placement.
