•Responsible and accountable for the planning and scheduling of the bulk of maintenance services for pharmaceuticals, facilities and utilities equipment. •Promoted the development of Maintenance Planning unit personnel by teaching, coaching and supporting area personnel on a daily basis to ensure required performance levels. •Supervised the operation and support of Maintenance Computer Systems and of the Spare-Parts Warehouse acquisitions and delivery services to ensure the maximum efficiency and operability of MRO/CMMS processes. •Prepare a weekly schedule for preventive maintenance (PM) works to be followed and completed by maintenance supervisors and his/her crew. •Develop, maintain, and report KPI’s pertaining to the goals and objectives of the workgroup. •Develop, coordinate, and participate in and support CI Initiatives, as required, to ensure company and/or maintenance strategic and business goals are given the best opportunity to succeed. •Coordination of Operation and Inventory of MRO at the Stock Room. •Implementation of inventory control systems “Software” to create a more effective MRO system and inventory controls including KPI’s. •Coordinate with outside contractors for all Engineer Project Services, civilian, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation. •Prepare and submit purchase requisitions for services, extraordinary materials, equipment and/or outside Contractors. •Incident Commander for Emergency Response Team. •Member of Security and Safety Team.
