University of Penn, University of CA San Francisco (UCSF), Bowman Gray NC, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Harvard Medical School MA. Emory University of Medicine in Atlanta. • Supported on-site system implementation, troubleshooting. Upgrading of system. Hardware, software installations. Unix and Windows Operating System, Installed and configured digital dumb terminals to RIS, trained users at various sites.
