Produced complex training materials by integrating Word, PowerPoint, Excel into presentations and facilitator and participant binders; Created surveys utilizing CVent and Constant Contact; Maintained client information and updates in SalesLogix CRM software system; Analyzed complex sets of customer satisfaction survey data by importing information into Excel and applying statistical analysis and review; Prepared action plans and touch point maps for clients and internal customers utilizing Word, Power Point and Excel; Arranged conferences, including scheduling, staffing, travel, meals, amenities, vendors, sponsors and presenters; Created detailed reports, presentations and proposals for presentation to clients; Conducted phone interviews with clients as needed.
