Daily Duties at Guardian Life Insurance Company Of America:
Producer and team marketing coordinator: Utilizing Word, prepare and wordsmith marketing materials for US mail campaigns. Manage and coordinate submission to corporate compliance of all materials. Make corrections and revisions, as necessary to meet compliance requirements. Research individual and business prospects utilizing a variety of on-line resources, importing large volumes of data into Excel and "scrubbing" it for duplicates and errata. Manage and execute mail merges, printing tasks and bulk mailings. Produce presentation materials, including PowerPoint presentations and handouts for prospect seminars. Coordinate venues and arrange resources for presentations; Contract with venues for meals and refreshments for guests; Make phone calls and compose e-mails; Close sales and generate new business; service existing clients. Utilize proprietary illustration software to prepare client proposals. Coordinate internal meetings, prepare agendas and minutes. Calendar events utilizing Lotus Notes and coordinate internal resources to support events.
