• Responsible for Nuclear Cardiology, Cardiovascular Lab, Cardiac Rehab, and Richmond Cardiology Clinic. • Spearheaded development and implementation of Cardiac Rehab programs for both insurance covered and out-of-pocket patients, increasing annual revenue $12000 for non-insurance patients. • Developed & implemented a new Cardiology Clinic in Richmond, Kentucky November, 2010 • Assist nurses to achieve hospital Magnet Status. • Develop and implement department budgets including hiring staff and equipment and supply ordering and maintenance. • Oversee and update department accreditations and certifications requirements, leading to increases in hospital revenues and high level of patient care.
