Daily Duties at Metlife:

• Managing a global infrastructure program portfolio and leading project and infrastructure teams across Boston, London, NY and Tokyo to successfully deliver multi-regional projects in-line with top-priority merger (MetLife-Alico) initiatives. • Enforced project governance in alignment with the PMO’s newly deployed project delivery and reporting structure. • Facilitating oversight and guidance to ensure seamless transition to regional project teams and compliance with mandated policies and procedures from both PMO and IMO. • Key deliverables include the following: o Migration of Japan Active Directory infrastructure and related technical support services o Migration of Japan desktop image infrastructure and maintenance and related technical support services o Migration of Japan storage infrastructure and related technical support services o Migration of UK and US web application infrastructures and related technical support services
