Daily Duties at North Light Color:
Managed all technical issues for North Light Color. North Light is an Authorized Service Provider and Reseller of ColorSpan, Mimaki, Encad, Epson, Arizona printers. Provided support for over 100 customer businesses. Installed printer equipment, provided user training, call and on-site support for color inkjet products. Over 40 customer/businesses were given this service. Provided printing support that included file touch up, printing, laminating, mounting, and shipment. Technical troubleshooting and diagnosis skills resulted in well over 90% success rate in fixing, repairing, or solving problems for customers nation wide. Many customers preferred to work with North Light Color over the manufacturer of their equipment. Primary territory covered, by car or plane, was from Minnesota to Mississippi, Wyoming to Ohio. Computer programs used included, Windows 98,2000,NT,XP,Word, Excel, Photoshop, Illustrator, Image Ready, Corel, Onyx, Wasatch, Quark Express, ColorSpan, Eye One, and Macintosh 9 and 10. Personnally managed all client technical issues 150+ companies
