Daily Duties at Delphax Technologies:
Instructor of lead "CR" product line. Provided and maintained detailed technical training program for field technicians and company staff. This program encompassed theory of operation, troubleshooting, operation, maintenance, and improved practices for all aspects of the CR printing system, its sub components, and post processing bindery equipment. This class is a highly detailed three to four week program with class room lectures, lab work assignments, hands on operation, hands on troubleshooting, and complete machine tear down.
