Daily Duties at Smith Tyler County Health Dept.:

Perform regular history and nursing assessments of assigned patients in a rural remote areas of the two Counties. Write summary of visits and set up schedule for regular visits as appropiate. Recommend & invite patients and families to existing Clinics as needed for further medical services. Refer to other professional staff members as needed--such as Social workers for care as needed.
