Purchased the mobile electronics accessories such as mobile phone charger, case, Bluetooth, ear buds, memory cards, flash drives, etc. for 5,700 retail stores in the USA. Judged the product or service from the China's factory based on the customer's requirements from the US head office. Managed whole purchasing process from RFQ, quote finalization supplier scheduling, Purchase Order issued, Purchase Order amendment, Purchase invoice collected, etc. Conducted QC Inspection analysis to ensure customer’s requirements are met by Chinese manufacturers before shipment. Arranged the container loading at factory site and cooridinated the full export procedure of containers Participated in conf-call with the suppliers and US head office to improve the performance.
