 Planned, organized, and formulated plans for our safety operations dealing with employees and building safety. Help to Build a world-class program of safety  Enforced company procedures for all evacuations and emergency situations.  Consistently exceeded goals for production and maintained a perfect safety record during my shift.  In charge of all plant operations and equipment (worth millions of dollars) within and outside the plant.  Performed budget functions to ensure monetary goals were being achieved.  Implemented a 5S program that uniformed the entire plant and improved efficiencies.  Ensured sanitation program was adhered to at all times resulting in a 98% AIB audit.
