•Reviewed, analyzed, and responded in a timely manner to written appeal and or grievances documentation received from Health Net Medicare members. As a result of this action customer service proficient appreciation letter was received from one of the members. •Maintained thorough knowledge of company’s ICD9 and CPT4 guidelines, plans, policies and procedures. This process improved efficiency which developed the ability to execute all claims accurately. This also prevented claims from exceeding processed time deadlines and payment of unnecessary interest on claims. •Prioritized, organized and resolved claims in a timely manner which resulted in customer service satisfaction. •Analyzed trends and implements corrective action. This process reduced customer complaints and provided final resolution.
