Daily Duties at Genentech:
• Managed and resolved coverage and reimbursement issues for all our Illinois patients & medical offices • Streamlined SOP processes to decrease turn around times • Analyzed payor trends for both commercial and government with extensive Medicare D experience. • Aligned with BIO Oncology Field Reimbursement Manager (BFRM), visited accounts to both educate on and assist with reimbursement issues, and updated accounts on new payor requirements for reimbursements. • Educated accounts how to navigate payor denials and appeals, evaluated patient benefit options, and tracked local market trends.
