Daily Duties at Cliffs Natural Resources :
*Assistant to the Labor and Employee Relations Department including the General Manager, Director and Attorney. * Organize Calendars * Book travel, expense reports, type briefs, research, and any other task they may need * Work with the Director of North American Iron Ore to create a Contingency Plan for 2012 Bargaining - including hard copy books, share point site, setting up meetings and traveling to different sites to work on the plan * Plan and facilitate the Global Human Resources and Labor Relations Seminars in 2010 and 2011. The 2010 Seminar was held in Duluth, MN and the 2011 Seminar was held in Las Vegas. * Will coordinate bargaining with USW in Pittsburgh in 2012
