Daily Duties at Health First, Inc. :
• Developed Neighborhood-In-Touch outreach program, and managed (11) hospital’s HMO accounts • Supervised budget, clinical programs and administrative departments of HMO. • Facilitated community outreach, directed the marketing of #1 network managed care provider • Supervised and coordinated marketing activity in New York City, Nassau, and Suffolk Counties • Communication with field staff and data transfers for Information Technology Management. • Supervise, manage, and evaluate staff; provided guidance, ongoing training and skills development to ensure a positive experience for program staff, and network.
