Daily Duties at Women In Need, Inc.:

• Provide technical assistance to homeless families, and advocacy to employment and training • Coordinate the delivery of all program services of homeless shelter families. • Case-management, including but not limited to monitoring, tracking, and compliance issues • Coordinate workforce development, placement, and post placement assessments • Ensure the achievement of programmatic goals required by funding stakeholders • Assess, modify as necessary, and implement comprehensive, compliance to policies and procedures.
