Daily Duties at Bronx Institute For Career Training & Development:
• Managed full range of internal operations including staffing, training, sales and service delivery • Monitored full-service quality assurance initiatives to enhance compliance of contracted services. • Advocacy efforts at the city, state and federal levels, and research on public education initiatives • Continuously monitor outcomes, service deliverables, participant satisfaction, and partner with the Director of Quality Assurance and Evaluation to implement a comprehensive Quality Management plan that includes the development of appropriate performance measures.
